Cortx SMS Terms

Program description

Subcontractor business representatives who opt in receive text messages from Cortx about: bid invitations, bid-session prompts, award and result notifications, payment notifications, and material-request confirmations.

How you opt in

During Cortx vendor onboarding you provide your mobile number and check an unticked consent checkbox reading:

“I agree to receive bid invitations and account notifications from Cortx by SMS. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Opting in is never a condition of doing business with Cortx or any contractor on the platform. We never purchase, rent, or share phone numbers from third parties. Consent records (who consented, when, and the exact language shown) are retained.

Message frequency varies with your bidding and project activity. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier’s plan.

Opting out & help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will receive one final confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact support@monarch-legacy.com.

Privacy

We use your phone number only to deliver the messages described above. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
