What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, phone number, company details), project and bidding information entered on the platform, and technical data needed to operate the service (device, log, and usage data).

How we use it

To operate the platform: authenticate you, run bidding and payment workflows, send the notifications you opted into, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Mobile numbers & SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use your mobile number solely to deliver the messages described in our SMS Terms: bid invitations, bid-session prompts, award/result notifications, payment notifications, and material-request confirmations. Message frequency varies with your bidding and project activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Service providers

We use vetted processors to operate the platform (hosting, authentication, payments, messaging delivery, email, and storage). They process data only on our instructions to deliver the service — never for their own marketing.

Your choices
